Alexander’s Campaign places players in the roles of Alexander’s generals as they maneuver, build, and secure influence while the great commander pushes ever eastward. The fixed pacing of the campaign forces players to react quickly and seize opportunities before they pass.
Gameplay Summary
In Alexander’s Campaign you will:
- move the Alexander pawn each turn, reflecting his historic path
- use your General’s board and abilities to conquer cities and build temples, strongholds, and settlements
- enforce taxes to gain building and military resources
- tactically pass to disrupt opponents’ timing
- play fighting and building cards for tactical advantage
- reveal hidden agendas at the end as Conquest Points decide the winner
